Post-purchase survey
Right after a customer places an online order, four quick taps: how ordering went, how the website is, whether the rest of the site is useful, and what they shop by first. Answers land in Supabase and arrive by email: a daily digest with a CSV, plus an instant alert when someone rates their order 1 or 2 stars.

Install on a Jane Premium menu
- Add a new partner script to the brand's Jane Premium menu, in the same place as the existing one on Everyday Weed (named “CSS Test”). If you don't have access, your Jane partner success rep can add it.
- Paste the brand's snippet below. Leave the store list empty so it runs at every store.
- Open any menu page with
?vireo-survey=previewon the end of the URL. The survey should appear within a second. Add?vireo-survey=debugto watch the script in the browser console.

- Triggered by the order itselfJane's checkout posts a
checkoutevent to the page when an order is placed. The script listens for it, so nothing fires on browsing, carts or abandoned checkouts. - Once per order, not every orderA customer who answers isn't asked again for 30 days, or 7 if they closed it. Set per brand in
config/surveys.ts. - Matches each menuIt reads the store's Jane theme for colour, font and corner radius, and sits in a shadow root so Jane's styles can't touch it.
- Partial answers countThe first answer is saved the moment it's tapped, so someone who answers one question and leaves still shows up in the numbers.
